How do I find the Insanity workout to add to my exercise?

    What I had to do is create them you can find a calculator online that will give you an estimated calories burned doing insanity.

    You have to create them yourself. Do u have a HRM?? I've seen people burn between 300-1000 per workout and unless u have one u won't really know what your body is burning.

    I create one for each workout and just look at my HRM for my burn :)
