Tons of cardio.... From what I'm learning you can't pick a spot and just lose it there... But Core exercises and such may help...0

Hi There,
I have been on the site for two weeks now. I first measured my belly the first week. When doing cardio daily for about 30 minutes I measured by belly today and found that I lost an inch. Zumba classes are great for the belly.0 -
Like another poster said, you can't spot reduce, you just have to burn the weight off and eventually it will come off from your stomach.0

Also, if you have access to weights, lift them, in large quantities.
Helps a ton.0 -
You can't spot reduce fat. You have to lose it all over. The end.0

There is a saying the abs are made in the kitchen so really watch your simple carb intake. I cut out all white stuff i.e flour, sugar etc. along with some cardio and weight training you should see some results in no time.
Good Luck
