Body Fat Percentage Tools

I frankly don't have the money to use the BodPod and super accurate things like that to find out my body fat but calculators and scales give me very different results.

There is a scale that is owned by my university that is suppose to be pretty accurate and last time I used it, it said that i have about 21.8% body fat while most BF calculators tell me that my body fat is around 24-25%. What is the most accurate tool that you can use that doesn't cost alot?

Weight: 155 lbs
Height: 5'10.5
Waist: 29.5"
Hips: 37.5"
Bust: 37"
Wrist: 6.5"
Forearm: 12"
Upper thigh: 21.5"

I feel that 25% is too high because my build is more athletic since I've lost weight and started working out. I tend to gain muscle pretty easily in my opinion.

Bump - Because I was just about to post a similar question. I got a new measuring tape and calipers today, and then I tried calculators from various websites thanks to a google search. My results are somewhere between 27.2% and 47.8%, which isn't very helpful. :grumble: Is there an accurate way to measure body fat without buying a scale or device?
