I havent been eating enough calories for a while now. Rec softball is going to start up in a few weeks, and I want to know if you guys have any suggestions for foods I can eat to amp up my caloric intake before then. A usual day consists of one whole wheat poptart, a carton of choc milk, a salad, dressing, a sandwich, black beans and rice, a couple graham crackers with peanut butter, more milk, orange juice, and a vitamin. My friends are worried about me becoming anorexic again. I'm worried because I'm tired all the time, but still mantaining my weight that I want to lose. Help?

That doesn't sound at all like a nutritionally complete diet. How about adding some chicken, fish, egg, greek yogurt, fruits, nuts, etc.0
