Birthday and Anniversay in next 2 weeks

Hi! Mine and my husbands birthday is next Monday (yes, the same day!) and our anniversary is the following Monday (1 yr). He keeps asking me what I want and I can't think of anything fun. I am a book lover and his fall back is always a trip to the bookstore which I love but this year I want something fun that I would NEVER get on my own and that I don't need. The last 5 years have been paycheck to paycheck and this year has only slightly improved with a new job...

So, my only response to him as been "something fun, I don't need"...I don't even know where to start looking for random fun stuff so if anyone has any suggestions or something they've been dreaming of, I'm open to them!

    My birthday and anniversary are both in May so I have been making my list :-) I really want a HRM, so that's on there. And some perfume that I have been out of forever. And some resistance bands. And a weekend away for our anniversary (nothing to $$ and we already found a place!)
