Almost at goal but.....

Hi everyone....maybe someone can tell me where to go from here. I am 10lbs shy of goal weight but to be honest I still see a lot of fat on my body. I feel that no way is a 10 lb loss going to remove this fat!

could lifting help eliminate this stubborn fat? Please, any suggestions?

It will definately lift things. Also the more lean body mass the higher your resting metabolic rate.

What this means is that your goal weight isn't your goal body fat percent. You should either drop more body fat or gain more muscle to lower your overall body fat. Gaining muscle will be far easier with a calorie surplus and weight training, so you should consider a "bulk/cut cycle" which will, I promise, not make you look bulky. The bulky look generally comes from being muscular but having it covered in fat.
