O M Goodness - you know how all of that sugar substitute stuff is soooooooo expensive - so much higher priced than sugar - well Bi-Lo grocery stores have this liquid no cal no carb sweetener that is only $2.11 for a large size. I am testing now to see if it equals out to a bag of sugar - but it tastes great
I am an old southern boy that LOVE"S his sweet iced tea - made the first pitcher with this sweetener in it last night and I will have to say - it's not bad.........not going to lie and say its like the real thing but hey for the carbs that it saves it's worth it

I would just be careful what kind of sweetner it is. many have been shown to be endocrine disrupters that mess with your hormone balance and metabolism.0
