losing those last stubborn five pounds.

i'm 17, 5'10 and was 143 pounds and now 138, and i'm having trouble toning up. no matter what i do, the last five pounds (or eight rather, i'm a little high right now but i'm normally around 135, i'd like to get to 130) doesn't want to leave. is it because my goal is unattainable? or am i not working hard enough? do i just need patience?
WILL I EVER LOSE THE LAST FIVE POUNDS ?

Err you're gonna get busted for being 17 =/

Depends on how you are going about attaining your goals.
    Lift weights.
    That's all

    Lift heavier weights.
  • if your lifting weights dont forget that muscle weighs more than fat so you might be gaining muscle and loosing fat and therefore having a lower body fat percentage but not seeing the scale move, but the number on the scale isnt everything make sur eyou compare measurements and photos because when your down to that much the scale isnt as good of a tool to use
