Hoping to look better!

Hi, I'm Acantha I'm 19 and hoping to lose a little weight and get into better shape. I have a bit of chin fat and some belly fat, which is greatly exaggerated by my lordosis. I'm hoping to build up my back muscles and just feel better.

I'm not sure what my goal weight is, but I'm aiming to exercise at lease 30 min 3x a week, and monitor and reassess my weight and inches weekly. I want to lose my belly fat!

And ladies, any tips on making your ladies up top smaller? Would pec exercises do it?
