Time to improve to a better me.

Hi,
I have decided that its time to lose weight and get fit and healthy. I have been saying this for a long time, but now its time.
I think the hard part is having other people to help keep you on track and share stories about experiences.
I am 43, weight 196 and am 5'7". My goal is to lose about 35 lbs to be around 155 \160 lbs. I live on my own and know its difficult to maintain your goals and become distracted.
If anyone is starting on their journey let me know and hopefully we can share this with others.
