Bodylogix womens protein powder??

Hi there...I stopped by local drugstore the other day and checked out the protein powders and they have one there specifically for women. Its called Bodylogix for women and comes in Vanilla and Choclate. A lady there told me the chocolate was very good!! Has anyone heard of this or have any experience with it? Also are protein shakes good for aiding in weight loss or just to get enough nutrients and vitamins for the day?

    i have their strawberry banana -- its pretty good :) I think shakes are great because they help me get my 5 meals in for the day.. ;) plus protein helps keep u full. my favorite protein drink is Jayy Robbs Egg White Protein (Vanilla) -- it has zero sugar
