Anyone using one for Fitness /Calorie Burning ?

I am thinking of getting one as my Knees aren't the best these days ... Any tips would be much appreciated .

    I got one for that reason - that and my feet. That is when I learned how uncoordinated I am LOL. I cant jump straight for anything. I still thing it was a good investment. My girls have used it and now my grandson thinks he has a trampoline!
