I am 26 year old female: I have been working out, and I have lost, about 10lbs. I have at least 80 more to lose. I am going to start putting in some strength training, I want to tone up and be tighter.

I stepped on my scale and my muscle mass said 39.9%. Does anyone know what the average is? How much is that going to affect me getting down to my goal weight?
