Decaf green tea?

I know there have been COUNTLESS topics on this but I just want a straight answer.
Does decaf green tea count as water? I make a pitcher (it's about 34oz) with 3 tea bags. No sugar, lemon, ANYTHING.
I do try to drink 4+ glasses of water but it's hard because it's so blah.

    Tea full stop counts as water. You need 8 glasses of liquid a day.
