I love biscuits!! I mean love them.... and i WANT them before bed.

So from today - I CAN HAVE BISCUITS.... IF, I eat them whilst looking at myself nude in the mirror!

I think this will be a nice deterrent!!

    That would certainly be a deterrent for me because my husband would never give me time to snack if I was naked. :laugh:

    haha - i don't think i'll be getting nude with a biscuit in my hand for MFP haha - sounds like some saucy website
