I've been so bad with my diet and exercise over the last week. I didn't lose any weight. Fair enough I didn't put any on, but I'm upset about how I've slowed my progress down. Someone give me some motivation to get back on track
Lots of stress happening at work at the moment and I've just moved house - so my eating schedule is all over the place and I've been binge eating junk late at night. I'm struggling to find time to do exercise at the moment too.
Can someone please offer some word of encouragement? :frown:

I know it's hard to stay focused when things get off track. Just concentrate on doing one or two things to get started. Maybe go for a walk every day and don't eat after 8pm. Then a few days later, add something else "on program" and before you know it, you'll be right back on track! Hang in there, you'll get it back.0

I know it's hard to stay positive when you slip up, but one binge is not going to ruin everything. Today is a new day!
Forgive yourself and don't look back (you can't change what happened anyway). So keep your chin up and look forward! :flowerforyou:
You could try to squeeze in some exercise whenever you can (even if it's a 15 minute walk/run)?0 -
As SonFien said, today is a new day. You can't undo the past week or so, but you can make this one a better one - even if circumstances (the move, work etc) dictate that it can't be as 'good' as you like. Just little efforts here and there while you get back on track.
I know it's really demotivating when you slip up, but it's just temporary. Look at the big picture (i.e. a lifelong change in lifestyle, rather than a quick fix over a set period), and how this can be quickly and easily resolved. In the scheme of a lifelong change, a 'bad' week doesn't impact much at all. Don't beat yourself up too much.0
