Hi Im in week 13 of mfp ive lost 21.5lbs and 2 weeks ago the scales sts this wek looks similar but Im 100% good and exercise.
My geat mfp buddies said Im not eating enough my average net calories are 620 a day.
I am scared to eat more as I may not lose,Im getting married Decemeber and would like 50lbs off on top of what Ive lost (more would be nice) Ive 71lbs to go I know this is a life change etc but as I dont want to be in a big size wedding dress losing these lbs and inches are very important as they are to us all.
My calorie goal is set at 1460 I eat 12-1300 calories my exercise calories are average 600-700 so my net is low I do zumba and walking want to start weight strenght training.
How many of you upped your calories to net and lost?
Thanks x

I've upped my calories and lost. Actually, that was basically the only time I DID lose - was when I was eating enough! Take a look at the links above. You'll be shocked to see that most people EAT and lose weight!
Be prepared.... you've been severely restricting your calories for awhile now. When you up your calories, you most likely will see a gain on the scale. This is normal and expected since your body will be adjusting to actually getting food. DO NOT LOWER YOUR CALORIES. Give your body a month or so and it will adjust and the weight will come back off.
I know you want to lose the weight, but don't you also want to be healthy and not gain it back? Healthy and sustainable weight loss means slow and steady and without starvation.0 -
Thanks guys will go look at the threads,Ive a couple of mfp who have said the same I am worried I will not lose if up the calories but I do feel sick with hunger most days,so I will reserch the threads you kindly posted and see how many I will eat and take the next month as an adjustment maybe ditch the scales until the end of May  haha
Appreciate your helpx
