Has anyone been able to find a comprehensive Cup - Pounds/Grams Coversion table?

    The US government database is very good:
    http://ndb.nal.usda.gov/ndb/foods/list

    For example, you can look up "salted butter" and see that a cup weighs 227 g. It also has teaspoon and other values.

    It uses US cups rather than UK cups but volume measures aren't accurate anyway.

    Cup vs weight is not consistent across all foods. So depending on the food's density and content, the weight will vary by food item for the same volume (cup).
