I need some advice/guidance. My gym does not offer “classes” and the reason I am sticking to the gym I am at is because it is currently the only thing that fits into my budget. I am looking into a few side classes as a “Guest” with friends (A few Zumba, Spin and Kick Boxing) but it will not be a regular thing. Does anyone have an recommendations on how I should start a “Routine’? I am currently Just starting out, with a minor knee injury, I am assuming torn cartridge, because It is still useable most of the time, So I have been minimizing what I do sadly, but I talked to my Knee Doctor who (cannot see me till June EEEEP!!) who said that a little pushing will not hurt it more, it will strengthen it. This is my current routines and I do not think it is sufficient enough.
1-2 Miles up hill (start at 8, end at 15) on the treadmill at 3.5mph
5-10 minutes on the stair climber, (Good workout but kills my knee)
5 Reps of 10
Hip Abductions 130lbs
Hip Aductions I think that’s what it’s called 110lbs
Leg presses 110lbs
I want to starts my arms as well this week.
TIA!
