Hi, I used MFP last year but life got in the way and my healthy eating and exercise got put to one side. I am going on holiday in around 2 and a half months though and I want to get back into shape so I have decide to start back on here to try and stick at it! If anyone wants to add me then feel free as I think I am going to need all the encouragement I need!! :happy:
