Hey everyone.
So I started january 12th and I've been able to to lose 40 pounds (18kg) with ease and It wasn't particularly hard for me to stay away from sweets or overeating but lately 1500 calories just doesn't seem to be enough for me and I'm not really hungry but I still have cravings and most of the time I end up over my daily goal. This plus the lack of physical activity (because the end of the semester is coming near and I'm swamped in projects) causes that my progress has slowed down from about 2-2.5 (1kg) pounds per week to about 1 pound per week (0,5kg).... I read, some time ago that when you are closing in on your desired weight you should slow down (I think to prevent YoYo effect when you start eating normal again). Is this true? Would it benefit me to change my MFP goal from 2 pounds/week to 1pound/week? Well I mean the weight loos would obviously take longer but I would have more calories to work with... and right now I'm in a place where I'm not ashamed as much of my body as I was at the beginning so I won't mind if it takes a little longer.......
