My first 3 weeks were great and i lost 10 pounds and now i have fallen off track and am getting frustrated! Its been 2 weeks and i have only lost 1 pound and been making every excuse not to exercise... i need motivation and inspiration

I used to have problems falling off the wagon too. I'd get frustrated with the effort required and having to think about it all the time. It seemed like a ton of work for minimal results and the idea of keeping it up forever seemed impossible.
But the last time I found myself wanting to quit, I had this realization: there isn't an alternative. Being overweight makes me unhappy. Either I do the difficult work to stop being overweight, or I continue being unhappy. There isn't another option that will give me the result I want. If I EVER want to lose the weight, this is what will HAVE to happen, so I might as well quit putting it off.0
