Has anyone tried Dual Action Cleanse? If so did it help with your weight loss and how long did it take before you saw any results? I just started taking it in order to cleanse my body after feeling so bloated and constipated all the time, but all it seems to be doing is making me cramp and giving me gas. Is it worth sticking with it?

    The more I read, the more I find the verdict to be that there is no real need to do a detox/cleanse, and that it can actually cause more side effects than health benefits.
    I'd just drink lots of water and try to eat "clean" for a few days and see if that helps.
    Miralax is a great solution to occasional constipation, and I've never had any side effects with it.
    You can buy it OTC, and it's less intense than doing a cleanse.
    You may loose weight temporarily with the cleanse, but it might just be water weight.
