Why does it still hurt?

I have been working out on this workout plan for a little over 2 weeks and have been constantly soar. Why do it keep hurting? I been working out 3 days a week lifting and walking the other days and my butt is constantly soar. What am I doing wrong? Should I rest more days or what? Is there anything that I should be drinking like a protein drink or something? Help and thanks in advance.
