Anyone know the calorie content in QuickTrips 32 oz. sweetened iced tea? I looked all over on their website but couldn't find it
Can't find it on MFP either.

I looked all over their website and even googled it, couldn't find it either. I did see nutrional info for a McDonald's sweet tea for the same ounces, it should be comparable...

That is a lot of sugar coming from a non-food item.
  • OH MY GOSH! That's alot of calories. No wonder I'm not losing any weight. I've been drinking those things like they're going outta style! A 44 ounce sweet tea is close to 500 calories. THANK you, so much, for posting that. No more sweet tea for me.

Here's another one we might can try instead:

    4 lipton tea bags
    3 quarts water
    1 cup splenda

Pour water into pot and bring to a high boil. Add tea bags, stir and remove from heat. Let sit for 10 minutes. Remove tea bags. Stir in 1 cup spenda. Pour into container and refrigerate immediately. Enjoy some nice southern sweet tea! For an added touch, top it off with fresh peaches, lemons or raspberries.
  • I have decided to get the QT unsweetened teas. But I still need to know if the teas are real teas or just flavoring.
