    I am only on Week 1 Day 2 but to log the exercise I created my own on MFP (called it C25K) and added the minutes and Cals burned from what the app (RunDouble) said.

    Everywhere I read the basic same stuff...gain a bit of weight, but lose inches - probably due to muscle gain. I know I feel my legs more now (muscles ache a bit due to the runs) but it's a good ache. I'm sure my legs will get a bit larger, but as long as it's toning and not just gaining fat, I'm ok with that.

    The program will not help you lose weight if you are eating too much. It's not a huge calorie burn either (200-300 cals per session I'd estimate).
