Hi,
I decided last night that I am going to really do this properly and lose weight, get fit and healthy again.
I have been overweight and lazy about it for too many years now.

I weigh in at 196lbs, and I am going to lose about 35lbs of that. I would like to meet people on here to join me in this journey as I know it is difficult to do this on your own. Making these life changes can be hard, but it is easier if you can share the ride and support other people along this road.

If you are in the Seattle area let me know and hopefully we can join forces and work on starting a new positive life.
