Anyone use a Abe Circle Pro and have a HRM? How many cals do u burn doing it for 30mins or do u log it as strength training and not cardio? I just picked one up from the good will and gonna start using it tonight.. How do u log? BTW I'm 5'7 22yrs old 170lbs for those with HRM maybe we are similar stats?

Thanks

Do you log it as cardio or strength?

Im a weakling and find it exceptionally easy and their adds usually mention cardio, so I'd go with that.

Does anyone else think this is a fun piece of crap? Mom bought it for me at the price club as it was cheap and I have a small apartment. The most pain I feel the next day is knee pain from the bruising. Theres modified exercises that do not require a machine that do the same thing.

My mom has one and she tells me how bad her knees hurt also, I was dropping off my donations to the back of the good will and saw a brand new one just sitting there so i thought i would throw it in my trunk and give it a test drive for a few days and see how it goes.. I dunno maybe better off just doing sit ups.
  • I have one love it I lost inches. Gardening knee pads or other knee pads work great plus I turned the knee cups up to where th the opening Was @the top. Much better.
