So this is day 23 for me and I have l have lost 9 lbs....... I have not even told my husband about this and we were driving around this weekend and he looked at me and said.....YOU CAN TELL YOU HAVE LOST WEIGHT...... He NEVER says one thing either way about my weight, he loves me (we have been married 25 years!), I about fell out of the car. But told him a GREAT BIG THANKS for noticing!
