Hello Everybody!

Last week I lost quite a bit of weight due to stress, and I've felt terrible. I decided to join this site before I let my weight spring up the other way again. I'm ready to take control of my body and establish a healthy routine.

My username sums up my attitude about exercise - I'd rather go read a book - but I'm looking for more balance between body and mind. Hopefully getting on MFP every day will encourage and remind me to put myself out there in new physically active ways.

I have such huge respect for everyone on this site - I'm inspired by the courage and support you all share with one another! Thanks to everyone for being so motivational!
