Stuck around 200 lbs!

So I've gone from 213 lbs to around 200-202 lbs in the last 6-8 weeks. I have been stuck around the 200 lbs (200-204) range for about a week or so now and just can't get under 200 lbs! I'm doing this:

-30-45min cardio (run/elliptical/stair master)
-15-20min weights (different area each day)

When I can I also go on a walk with my daughter in the afternoon to help keep me going since I'm a stay-at-home dad and not very active when in the house.

What can I do to push me under that 200 lbs?! It is killing me I can't drop below it, even though everyone around me says I look skinnier and I'm not dropping weight.
