Well, I found this site by accident, but I have to say I'm VERY impressed. I'm hoping that it will help me stay motivated to stick with my diet if i keep an online journal here. I also noted this forum/community area that i think could be helpful for support.

    Thank you everyone! What a nice welcome. And neat at the number of Texans here too!. I too am enjoying how easy this site is to use--most of the foods are already in the system and this morning I figured out how to see daily tallies which include all the info I was looking for in a form I can even print out and it looks nice! So much here and so many people seem to be regular site visitors. I think this will be a HUGE help! Now if I can just find someone to walk with on a regular basis here in Houston! :smile:
