    I'm loving Insanity, and Jillian Micheals is also pretty good (and cheaper). Bob Harper's videos are good as well.

    I've done Zumba live classes before but not on a video. Do they make the steps easy to follow on the Wii?


    yes! it is totally easier on the wii! i have no coordination and can't dance to save my life! i felt reall uncomfortable in the class. the classes in my opinion aren't for first timers. really depends on the instructor too.

    another vote for p90x and insanity (have done both) if you find those very hard then try TurboFire, its good too
