My BMR is around 1,770 but MFP has my daily calorie goal at just over 1,200. My weight has been coming off veeeery slowly (I've lost 10 pounds in the last 5 weeks and still have about 90 more to go) and I want to try eating at my BMR for a while to see if that will help speed up the weight loss. Is there a way that I can go in and manually enter my own calorie goal? I've poked around a bit but haven't managed to find anything. Thanks!

Yes! When you update your goals, do a manual plan instead of their recommended plan.0

Girl... two pounds a week is great!0

I think you need to revisit your expectations. 2 lbs per week is quite fast. That said, eating at your BMR is always a good idea - home > goals0
