I've learned feeding your body is very important! I do ViSalus shakes for breakfast and lunch, a healthy (usually meat and veggies) dinner, and I have snacks in between all my meals to keep me going. I try to keep my snacks around 200 calories max. I eat string cheese, hard boiled eggs, trail mix (small small portions) and fruits but I want to know what everyone else does for snacks? I need to mix it up. Thanks!!
