I believe I am an apple, although I have a small chest, so I'm not really sure. I hold all my weight in my belly and bum though. What am I?
What body shape are you?
Rectangle, Apple, Round, Pear, or Hourglass?
What exercises do you do for your body shape?
Any tips for apple shapes?
Here's some help that I've found: http://health.ninemsn.com.au/fitness/exercise/689698/best-exercise-for-your-body-shape

I'm definately a true apple shape. Weight in your neck, chest, stomach, and arms. Thin muscular legs and bum. You might be more pear shape with a bigger bum. My mother is more pear shape and holds weight in her stomach and bum.
I do lots of twisting stomach exercises to try and create more of an hourglass but lowering my bodyfat will be the only thing that will help my stomach.0
