I've been trying to eat 150 calories every two hours. Any suggestions on food combinations?

I think the biggest way this has helped me in eating better is that I have to make healthy choices if I want my calories to last for two hours. If I eat junk I get hungry again within an hour.

  • avacado with spinach egg white omlet....
    cottage cheese with blueberries and strawberries
    pinto beans with yellow tobasco peppers and lemon
    baby carrots with honey
    canned tuna fish (in water) with cayenna pepper...

    Why eating so often? You are having a continuous release of insulin doing this, which will wear out your pancreas.

    There is no reason to eat every 2 hours.

    Totally absurd.
