So, I am down 19 pounds, with 20 pounds being my first big goal that I want to hit. I am very nervous that this last pound will be the best of me and hang on for weeks. I wanted to reach the 20 pound mark before Mother's Day, which is also my Birthday. I can't believe how far I have come with using MFP. It is really "my pal". If I don't log in everyday, I feel lost. I find myself getting irritated with the fact that I brought out my smaller clothes and only wore them for about 2 weeks and I had to put them away and bring out the even smaller clothes. I am just really nervous about this too cause how long can it go on?? I want to try to conceive my 4th baby this fall, so I am trying to get myself in the best shape possible to hopefully not gain the 50+ pounds like I did with all three of my boys. Anyhow, I am thankful, but as I mention above, nervous as all hell!!

First off you deserve a happy dance :drinker: , but this is the best they had. Cheers to you on your weight loss so far! 19lbs is major and I'm sure you can get that last pound off in the next few weeks! I totally understand what you are saying about MFP. I feel like it is a God sent. I don't know what I would do without this program. I totally thought I was eating "better" than I actually was. Don't be nervous about your weight loss so far. Not everyone hits major standstills in their weight loss. If you notice your loss has stalled, reevaluate and see what you can do. Sometimes its intensifying your workouts, or changing how/what you eat. But don't worry about it now, it may not happen. Bask in your success so far and let it propel you towards your other goals

You can use MFP during your pregnancy to help keep your gains in check. I used a similar program during my 2nd pregnancy and only gained 22lbs. With my first I gained 50, so it's doable.

Enjoy your success!!!! You've worked hard mamma!
