What is a bigger accomplishment?

Inches or weight on the scale? Almost 4 mths later 17 lbs lost and nearly 6 inches of the waist. I lost my weight on my upper body but no inches on my lower body. I'm not going to lie in haven't been perfect during the weight loss journey but for the most days I watch my calories and I exercise at least 3 days a week which includes weight training. Need some advice?

personally i would say both...you want to see your weight gone but when you can see inches are gone thats a bonus of saying even if the scale stops moving your still making progress.0

Thank u. I feel frustrated because it is coming off slow and it's the first time I combined exercise and nutrition together. For the most part I don't eat my calories back when exercise.0
