Question about magic Bullet.

My son hates it when we put onions and green peppers in our cooking. I used the Magic bullet so make it so that I can put it in the sauce and see if my son notices it. Does making it liquid intensify the flavors? My husband said it might be stronger in liquid form?

I think the onions will have a more intense flavor...green peppers are pretty mellow, so I wouldn't expect the flavor to be stronger.

i usually chop my cilantro pretty fine, and the juices and oils all come out and gives food a real kick.

I know with garlic that increasing the surface area changes the flavour intensity (whole vs. sliced vs chopped). I'd assume onions are the same way (pretty close botanically). Don't know about green peppers.
