Yummy Dinner Ideas

If anyone out there is getting tired of their diet and wants something awesome that doesnt taste skinny, I made the most awesome Chicken Milano last night and it was simply amazing. You can find the full fat recipe on allrecipes.com, I skinnied up the recipe by grilling the boneless, skinless chicken breasts on the grill, substituting the heavy cream with skim milk, adding 3 tbsp of grated parmesan and 1 tbsp of fat free cream cheese (to thicken the sauce)......It was heavenly and was like something you would get at the Cheesecake Factory! It was only 444 calories including the pasta!!! YUM!!

What dinner ideas do you have to help keep food yummy but without the bad calories??

    That sounds great! Italian food is my favorite.

    My easy dinner idea:
    Boneless, skinless chicken breasts - 1&1/2 lbs
    Can of rotel tomatoes
    Packet of low sodium taco seasoning.
    Can of low sodium chicken broth

    Put it all in a slow cooker, and cook on low for 4 hours.
    Shred with a fork

    Wrap in your favorite light.low carb tortillas or large lettuce leaves with favorite veggie and other mexican toppings.

    SO GOOD.
