I'm going to start prepping for a Bikini competition and was wondering if there is anyone out there who has been in a show before that has specific diet tips?

Also - do you find that moderate weight/ high reps gives you the best overall bikini tone (as opposed to fitness or figure)? Or high weight /low reps? I already do a ton of plyo and HIIT.
Are their any "secret"excercies (other than the tried and true) you suggest?

Any suggestions are welcome!!

I did a local/regional all natural show, but have nothing, but the good ole tried and true way about it. Good luck!!

Thanks! Not great, but for my first ever show, I suppose not terrible at 13th out of 21. So close.... I cut back on processed foods, i.e. fast and fried foods, butter, dairy, alcohol, sodas, juices and did half an hour of cardio and half an hour of weights a day 6 days a week, with a day of rest and lots of lunges, squats, crunches, etc. after all of that. 6 weeks out I cut ALL of that stuff out and upped my cardio from half an hour a day to an hour a day for 6 days.
