A little worried...

I've gained 5 lbs since last week. The first 3 I wasn't too worried since I assumed it was PMS water weight. Now 5 lbs up (and 3 days into my period) and I'm freaking out a bit. I've been working out more than usual the last 4 days and this is the thanks my body gives me? My measurements are the same as they were last week (I only measured waist, chest, and hips) so no clue where the 5 lbs is. I did recently change my calorie goal to 1370 by putting that I wanted to lose 1 lb a week instead of 2, but I was already losing with that before this happened. Not sure what to do?

    Who am I talk considering your ticker says youve lost 68lbs, youre obviously the expert! Keep doing what youre doing, its working!

    But hang in there, I say wait it out until TOM is over with before you weigh yourself again.

    My last TOM I weighed in at 149 one morning(I thought it HAD to be my food choices or something)!! I am now back to where I was plateaued at 144. That is the most I've ever seen the scale go up for me during that time, but it all came back off to normal after. I wouldn't be worried!

    Thank you guys :). I'll just keep at it and make sure to exercise and try not to worry too much until next week. I went from 139 to 144. I WILL get back in the 130s!

    I am sure that your muscles retain a bit more water after intense exercise so that they can repair themselves. I may be wrong tho?
