I am so frustrated...

So this is not the first time I have complained about a plateau and I know logging onto the site more would probably help with that problem. Though I have been physically so busy with life I haven't really had time to log and I still really have been watching what I eat, and going to the gym to run at least 3 miles a day. I'm 150 lbs and have been for 4 months so I'm really frustrated that even though I have pushed up my exercise and became two time more active than I was 4 months ago I haven't lost one pound.
I am really frustrated because I have a gogo audition this upcoming saturday, and I thought maybe I could lose at least 5 more pounds and tone up before then (Mind you this was like a month ago). So if any of you have suggestions on how to break this. I have already tried bumping my exercise up, not exercising, eat less, eat more, eat what I want, not eating what I want lol. I just need an answer.
