I don't like buying anything without seeing it first (I hate most internet shopping). I have been trying to decide what to buy for workout videos so I go the idea to see what my local library had. They have TONS of workout videos. You can try them out, if you like it, buy it. If you don't, try another. In the mean time you're getting all sorts of various workouts, that never hurts!

Have you watched many of these videos? I'm trying to find some obscure and interesting workout videos. Has anything stood out for you as particularly interesting or funny?

The library carries a lot of workouts. You can go to your library's website and search their catalog for workouts. If you find some on the library's site that you would be interested in checking out, go to Collagevideo.com to see if the workout is on their site. You can preview workouts on Collagevideo.com.
  • Netflix has workout videos too- I really want to try Candlelight Yoga. I also have a copy of Hip Hop Abs that is extremely ridic. The host is oddly androgynous and really works it for all.

It's a very good, stress relieving, non-workout yoga session. That's what I do on my rest day. And my DH has found his new GF :-)

I wish I could get Netflix! I live way out in the woods so we don't get great internet coverage. I would love to try videos that way.
