Resistance Training 3 or 4 days/week?

I am on week 2 of my workout program. Through my gym, I have a program that I use called the "MobileFit" program. It automates your workouts (it's supervised by a trainer assigned to you) and you follow the routine, plus at least 20 min. of cardio. It gradually increases your weights, etc. or you can manually make adjustments as well.
I am currently doing resistance 3 times/week and cardio 4. I am really liking the workout routine and feel great when I leave the gym. Should I change the program to 4 times/week or leave it at 3 for now?
