Yet another 30DS question

I have the DvD -- it's been patiently waiting [unwrapped] in it's case. I finally unwrapped it last night in the hopes that I'll get to trying it one evening this week, but I don't have an exercise mat. Will carpet be good enough (it's like a berber carpet)? I want to try it, but I don't want to tear my body up doing it either..
Thanks in advance!

I do it on carpet without a mat. You should be fine.0

I did it on carpet with no mat but if you find it irritates your knees just put a towel down!0

I do it on carpet and put a folded beach towel down for the ab work and push ups (the girly kind on my knees
) for a little extra cushion

I just started yesterday and have carpet - it was totally fine.
There's not a lot of time spent on the floor in LEVEL 1 doing anything that would "tear" you up, just some crunches and push-ups.
Don't know about the other 2 levels, but a towel sounds like a great solution.0 -
Carpet will be fine....again, a towel may help. I would make sure to wear shoes though if you are on the carpet (I tear up my feet easily!!)0
