I found it so hard to keep track manually this does seem a lot easier than doing all that math esspecially first thing in the morning.

My name is Lisa and in September I had the Ruin-Y gastric bypass and am hoping this helps me lots with my tracking. If any one has any general questions about it feel free to ask. I hope to make a few new friends. I am esspecially bad at the excersize thing(probably spelt that wrong always do). I know my new bike is going to help me with that and I am riding it daily sometimes twice a day. I also have issues with chocolate it loves me and I love it.

Hope everyone is doing well and taking care.

Lisa

Hi everyone! I'm Julie! I am new here, just signed up today. I am 9 days out from the Roux-en-Y gastric bypass and I have lost 15 pounds so far but I am at a stand still I guess because I haven't lost anything in 3 days! Is this normal??? I am still on the liquid diet for another 4 days and then finally food. I am walking a mile a day on my treadmill. I need friends please, please!
