today i was able to dress casual at work. so i went with jeans and a short sleeve polo shirt, tucked in. two people commented on how i must've lost weight. i've lost 16 pounds on mfp, but lost almost 20 prior to finding this site, so since january i have lost 30 pounds or so. the irony is that i had a "fat" weekend and hated the scale when i stepped on this morning b/c it said two more pounds than it did on friday, when it read a number i haven't seen in a really long time. but finally, two people said something at work!
