Sometimes I have really hungry days, like today, that make me feel like my stomach is an insatiable bottomless pit - actually growling even though I've just eaten. I usually drink more water to make sure it's not dehydration or have more vegetables and choose more fibrous foods, walk more, make sure I get enough sleep to keep them from happening again the next day... It usually only lasts a day or so, but it is annoying when it happens.

What are some ways that you work with your hungry days?
